TouchedTheatre are thrilled to be presenting new immersive supper club, Murder on the Volk’s in partnership with Volk’s Railway Brighton.
A bespoke murder mystery evening celebrating Brighton’s iconic railway – the oldest working electric railway in the world.
The year is 1937, the place – your favourite electric railway. The shadow of war is on the horizon and the town is fighting to redefine itself, cleaning up its slumlands and racecourse. Our founding father, Magnus Volk, has not long departed for his eternal terminus, but foul deeds and mysterious happenings are afoot in the world of the railway he created.
You are invited to a wedding reception – a cause for celebration! But tonight, the order of service will include Murder.
Join TouchedTheatre for an original murder mystery that brings to life this fascinating and tumultuous period in Brighton’s history. It’s Brighton Rock-meets-The Pink Panther.
Expect thrills, laughs and a hearty meal, as well as a memorable night-time ride on the Volk’s Railway itself.
